The Outlook calendar can be shared outside the organization by using the "Publish to Internet" feature. This allows users to create a web link to their calendar and share it with anyone, even those outside the organization. Additionally, users can also send a calendar snapshot via email to external contacts, allowing them to view the calendar without needing access to the user's Outlook account. Finally, users can also export their calendar as an iCalendar (.ics) file and share it with external contacts, who can then import the file into their own calendar application. **

It ultimately depends on personal preference and how you plan to use the calendar. A desk calendar is convenient for keeping track of daily appointments and tasks right at your workspace, while a wall calendar can serve as a visual reminder for the entire household and can be easily seen by everyone. If you prefer a more portable option and want to keep your schedule close at hand, a desk calendar might be the better choice. However, if you want a larger display that can be seen by multiple people, a wall calendar would be more suitable. **

While it is not perfect, the Gregorian calendar is considered to be accurate for most practical purposes. However, some argue that there are more accurate ways to measure time, such as astronomical calendars or lunar calendars. **
