Others believe that Jesus fulfilled the Sabbath and Christians are no longer bound by the specific regulations of the Sabbath day. Ultimately, whether or not Christians should observe the Sabbath is a personal and theological decision that varies among different denominations and individual beliefs. **

Many Christians do not observe the Sabbath in the traditional Jewish sense of refraining from work and certain activities on the seventh day of the week (Saturday). Instead, many Christians observe Sunday as a day of rest and worship, in commemoration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. This day is often referred to as the Lord's Day. However, there are some Christian denominations, such as Seventh-day Adventists and some Messianic Jews, who do observe the Sabbath on Saturday in accordance with the Jewish tradition. **

It is a time for reflection, spiritual renewal, and spending quality time with family and community. Observing Sabbath 2 can provide a break from the busyness of everyday life and allow individuals to focus on their spiritual and personal well-being. **
